What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by 04.01.2026. Late RSVPs may not be able to be accommodated as final guest counts will have already been sent out to vendors.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is at the top of a mountain.There’s no parking up there, so you’ll park in a lot at the bottom and hop on a shuttle. Shuttles will run before and after the event, and your exact pickup time will be sent once you RSVP.

Will there be hotel blocks?

Yes! We’ll be reserving hotel blocks and will share the info once you’ve RSVP’d. Because nothing says romance like group discounts.

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

All invited guests will be shown on your RSVP page. We unfortunately can only have so many guests at our wedding and therefore had to limit our invites. If you believe we may have forgotten someone on your invite please let us know!

What’s the best airport?

Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) and Piedmont Triad International (GSO) are your best bets. Both are about a two-hour drive from Jefferson, so plan on renting a car or finding a carpool buddy.
