What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by 04.01.2026. Late RSVPs may not be able to be accommodated as final guest counts will have already been sent out to vendors.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is at the top of a mountain. There’s no parking up there, so you’ll park in a hotel lot and hop on a shuttle. Shuttles will run before and after the event. The venue will send out a sign-up genius for you to choose your pick-up time and location from a few options. This is first-come first-serve so please keep your eye out for an email!

Will there be hotel blocks?

Yes! Hotel blocks have been reserved at Jefferson Landing Club. Holiday Inn is also offering discounted rates to those who use our link. Please see the “Travel & Stay” page for more info.

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

All invited guests will be shown on your RSVP page. We unfortunately can only have so many guests at our wedding and therefore had to limit our invites. If you believe we may have forgotten someone on your invite please let us know!

What’s the best airport?

Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) and Piedmont Triad International (GSO) are your best bets. Both are about a two-hour drive from Jefferson, so plan on renting a car or finding a carpool buddy.
